By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Punta Cana, had much fun and met amiable and gentle staff upon request for a change.

I enjoyed how gorgeous and beautiful the room was. With a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control available. The location was best possible near water park for kids.

Being an Autograph Collection property, our recent stay was an unforgettable experience. Despite the huge crowd, the staff was very efficient and impressive. The beach was amazing and the swimming pool was also great. we had a memorable vacation.

One specific situation that happened to a hotel guest that resonated with us was their disappointment with the food. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the food was actually quite good.

The service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The buffet had a great selection of delicious food, and the fresh meat grill was a highlight. The waitresses at the lobby bar were attentive and provided great service. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional butler service provided by Pico. He took care of all our needs and was always accessible, even handling our sometimes obnoxious teenagers with grace. We also appreciated the gluten-free options available, as it can be challenging to find suitable dining choices sometimes. our experience at Royalton Punta Cana was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to others.

There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay. We found that the toiletries and bathroom supplies could have been stocked better, as we frequently had to ask for shampoo, towels, and toilet paper.
